I was towed there on Monday, July 18th to fix a problem with my battery; the acid destroyed one of the terminals, so I knew I needed a new terminal and possible a new battery. I talked to a lady on the phone who assured me if that was the problem it could be fixed in a short time and they worked till 9 pm, not 5 or 6 pm as i was told. I called back AAA and they towed my vehicle there. The technician or manager told us , they were about to go home. When I mentioned what I was told on the phone about the working hours, he responded: " They didnt call me" After looking at the battery, he said it needed a cable also and they dont do that. I had to go to another place a few miles away Automotive Super Service (not a AAA contractor} , they fixed the problem replacing the battery and a new terminal, no cable replacement was needed. It appeared to me , this initial guy from this company just wanted to go home and no deal with my vehicle. I called back the lady I initially talked to, to complain about the service who told me , they only deal with battery and terminals; they cant with cables. Really? . That was a very bad experience with them and hope nobody goes through the same. There was no service and wouldnt give a start for rating, but I may have to do it just to complete this report.

I'm sorry if this member had a bad experience. But we weren't informed about his situation and weren't able to address his condition. We do not perform subpar work and not changing that corroded cable will cause future problems, we're not in the business of putting band aids on car repairs. Our business does not get into wiring. And I advised him. It was not merely a new terminal. The other place of repair doesn't follow strict repair guidelines and doesn't have to answer to angry members. Not sure how this review should even be relevant. We did not perform a service so a critique of our work is not possible. It seems more petulant and retaliatory than a true review of our business.
