Joe & crew started troubleshooting right after I got to the shop. Because my truck needed extensive transmission repair, I rented a car and continued my trip. Joe called me with an estimate as soon as he had it, called me again a few days later when the repair was complete, and ran the charge at that time, all as promised. He kept my truck for another week & a half until I picked it up this am. I have gone over 650 miles today with a happy transmission. I was fortunate to have found Joe and his shop!
