Just went in for an oil change and general checkup on our Sienna. Did all that quickly. Explained why two small items needed to be changed out and they made sense. Noted some other issues that would be coming up over the next year. But never high pressure. Talked to another customer waiting for his truck to be finished who has used them for years and loves them.
