Advanced Auto Sport is a European speciality automotive repair shop offering a standard 24 Month/ 24,000 Mile WARRANTY on all repairs. Our only exception is on special order parts(12 Months/12,000 Miles), dealer parts(12 Months/12,000 Miles), and used parts(case by case scenario). Although we do work on all makes and models we specialize Advanced Auto Sport is a European speciality automotive repair shop offering a standard 24 Month/ 24,000 Mile WARRANTY on all repairs. Our only exception is on special order parts(12 Months/12,000 Miles), dealer parts(12 Months/12,000 Miles), and used parts(case by case scenario). Although we do work on all makes and models we specialize on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Audi, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo and even Saab. We even have the tools to work on some exotic vehicles such as Bentley and Lamborghini.

We have many dealer level scan tools as well as specific speciality tools to make sure every job is done right the first time and diagnoses properly.

RIPOFF, LAIRS, DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL, IRRESPONSIBLE AND INCOMPETENT!
BE VERY AWARE! THEY ARE A RIPOFF, LAIRS, DISHONEST, DISRESPECTFUL, IRRESPONSIBLE AND INCOMPETENT! my experience and story can be fully verified with repair records, messages & voicemails, which I would be happy to share with anyone who requests to. a bit of background first: I am an automotive mechanical engineer, I bought a used Prius for my best friend who had to leave michigan (he is a very experienced automotive engineer) , the car was with Advanced auto sports for 2 weeks and they couldn't finish doing the "REPAIR" work before he left, so I had to pick it up and pay for the "REPAIR" AFTER I bought it because Advanced auto took 2 weeks to "REPAIR" it (too long for what was really needed to be done on this). the problem with the car is that the Engine stalled twice before with my friend and he took it in there twice and they didnt know what to do and what was the root cause of the problem- here is the INCOMPETENCY part. They say that they were honest with him and told him to take it to a hybrid specialist, which my friend refused to because he couldn't trust the hybrid mechanic somewhere else. my friend suspected it was the fuel pump failing,( the fuel pump is located in the fuel tank in this car) due to the fact that the fuel pump was measuring 35 psi when it should be 44-55psi. my friend told them to change the fuel pump, and obviously because they couldnt reach there without replacing the entire fuel tank, they searched the internet for opinions and found someone who is called "the prius guy" (they have no way of verifying this guy's experience and qualifications) saying that if you change the fuel injectors, spark plugs, and mass air flow sensor then that should fix the problem. Advanced auto sports then sent me (the new owner) a message and voicemail telling me this and want an "ok to proceed" from me. the problem with this message is that AT NO POINT WAS IT EVER MENTIONED TO ME THAT THIS CHANGE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FIXING THE PROBLEM! they say that they said this to the previous owner and they had been caught in the middle of owner transfer, I DON'T CARE WHETHER THEY MENTIONED THAT TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER OR NOT, THEY HAVE THE LEGAL OBLIGATION AND RESPONSIBILITY TO DECLARE THAT TO ME AS I AM THE ONE WHO IS PAYING AND AUTHORIZING THE REPAIR!!! - Thats the DISHONEST AND IRRESPONSIBLE part . I picked up the car and paid $1,400 for the "repairs" and then a few days later, the engine stalls on me! I had a tow truck take it back to them (cost me $142) and then they said that THEY CAN NOT FIX THE CAR and dont want to waste my time and money on it. wait a second, why did you not tell me this before? why did you make me WASTE $1400 if you don't know what you are doing? why didnt you touch the car from the first place and not declare that to me when you asked me to authorize the repair? I WANT MY MONEY BACK , THATS A LOT OF MONEY FOR NOTHING! When I confronted the owner of Advanced auto, he got pissed off, was disrespectful and started insulting my friend over the phone! they say that they are specialized in european cars and are not into the hybrid business! THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK, the customer service guy Chris told me the next day over the phone THAT THEY CAN NOT GUARANTEE ANY WORK DONE FOR ANYBODY AS THERE IS A LOT OF GUESSWORK THAT GOES INTO TODAY'S COMPLICATED ELECTRONICS AND SYSTEMS AND THAT NO OTHER PLACE WOULD GARAUNTEEE THAT- WELL THIS IS A BIG FAT LIE BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIPS DO GUARANTEE THEIR WORK FOR 1 YEAR/12K miles.
I took it to the toyota dealership , they confirmed my suspicions that it was nothing related to the fuel injectors,spark plugs,mass air flow sensor, it turned out to be something very simple! IT WAS A FUCKING OIL PUDDLE CHOKING THE ENGINE AND THE ENGINE OIL WAS OVERFLOWED AND IT WAS AN 8$ PCV (PRESSURE CONTROL VALVE) THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THE MANIFOLD NEED TO BE CLEANED!! THERE IS NO WAY THAT ADVANCED AUTO SPORT REACHED TO THE FUEL INJECTORS,SPARK PLUGS WITHOUT SEEING THE ENGINE OIL!! ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME??YOU ARE EITHER BLIND AND/OR LIARS!

This is my third vehicle to be serviced from Advanced Auto Sports. I have been going there for many years. They have always done a great job, for way less money than the dealership would charge. They don’t oversell. They are always courteous, It has always been a good experience.

Good technical skills.
Brought my SUBARU Impreza WRX STi (2005) for power steering pump trouble and suspension adjustment. The work (pump replacement and suspension tuning) was quick & perfect, and the car became more stable and easy to control. Thank you for the great work!

Brilliant service!
Brought my Audi A5 with a broken wheel and a bent tire road. They fixed everything by next day! Not just that, they helped me save a lot of money by searching a good stock wheel from salvage shop, saving me more than $500! i was impressed by the inspection report that i received that had images of parts that are bad and the important checkpoints that looked ok as well. Tony was my main point of contact and it was really good talking to him about the issue. Great people to give your car to and you can always be sure that your car is in good hands. 5 star!

The staff was very personable and able to handle my request for an oil change on the same day of my request. I could tell from another customer visiting that the staff (Tony) does their best to get to know and develop relationships with their customers.
