Excellent routine service, as usual!

The appointment was originally scheduled as a wait, in shop service. Unfortunately, an unplanned doctor's appointment was set yesterday, so Beth simply changed it to a drop-off service appointment. No problems picking up the vehicle 4 hours after they closed with Ryan confirming the cabin filter still needed to be changed....which I told him I was prepared to do, but it's STILL sitting on the box. Life took some unexpected twists, failing on my end of the bargain. But, it's nice to know that everyone at Adams Auto has your back and would catch anything which required immediate attention.
