Routine service appointment.
Nothing out of the ordinary here. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and waited there while they did the service work. They got my car in right away and finished within a reasonable time. While servicing the vehicle they noticed that the air filter needed to be changed so the service attendant did come and show me the dirty filter and ask me first if I wanted to change it.
