Service Manager Jordan refused to honor an Acura coupon that was sent in the mail. I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have had all of them serviced there, so it is disappointing to potentially lose a loyal customer over something as simple as an oil change.
To make matters worse, I left two messages for the General Manager, Larry, and he did not return either of my calls.
Customer service is everything, especially when it comes to maintaining long-term relationships. Reviews and reputation matter. Was it really worth losing a loyal customer over this?
