Horrible wait time
Made an appointment for 1:30PM for an oil change. Never left until 3:30PM. Totally unacceptable for an oil change. Also, service writer went missing through my wait time and I had nobody to talk to regarding my unreasonable wait time. Deplorable if you expect customers to come back! I did not recognize any of the service people so I assume everybody is new. Bad move, everybody looked confused including the service writers!
I was considering purchasing another Hyundai for my fiancé but I have a bad gut feeling about Action Hyundai and whether they will be in business much longer.
Your service department was much better the last time I serviced my Hyundai there. I probably will not be back unless there are factory recalls.

Good morning,
I appreciate your time for giving us your honest feed back and we will work mon gwtting better. The service advisor that had waited on you is no longer with us , it make me feel better about our decision with him after reading your response. i apologize for the inconvenience and I hope thgat tou will give us another chance you will see that we are still the same company and that was just a bad day.
