We have been to many mechanics and were absolutely amazed at the customer service Rob (and Sal), the service advisor provided. They listened.. They understood my explanation of the issues our car was having without rushing. They committed, even before discussing payment, to take their time to drive the car and run it to get a feel of the car and to try to recreate the issues. Even though the issue didnt happen they still got down to the problem and diagnosed everything. They worked extremely hard to come up with a way to keep the price within my range and gave me time to figure out our finances without charging extra for holding the car for a few days. This was the best experience working with a car mechanic we have had in 15 years. It was obvious they were very knowledgeable and honest regardless if they were making more money or not....we appreciate them and their team and will be back whenever our cars need them. They genuinely wanted to help...Thank you!!
