Walked in the front office on 10/11/23 in my usual low key, humble disposition, to ask a question about my difficult time finding CV full boot kit for my 2015 VW. I Said hello, owner/manager glaring at me for some reason....I am dressed in black Golf pants with a polo shirt BTW, I am not shirtless!, and I am halfway asking my question and he loudly exclaims they are not a parts store, and then does a 180 degree and walks away from me. I am standing there asking myself what the heck just happened. I had planned on possibly doing business with them, but after that.....NO WAY. Made me feel like a dog. Ken Lady Lake resident
