But the cherry on top? When I pointed out that the starter's actual price was much lower than their outrageous charge, they remained eerily silent. To add insult to injury, I ended up shelling out a staggering $700 for a mere starter that I could've purchased myself for a fraction of the price. This mechanic's lack of transparency, exorbitant pricing, and disregard for customer concerns are utterly unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy. If I could review this experience -5 stars, I would.
