This place just charged me $720 for a simple, routine oil change, brake inspection, differential fluid service, and brake fluid service. I have never paid this much for routine service work. They also tried to scare me at length into replacing my entire front brake rotors when I know for a fact that I just need to replace the pads. For context, I drive a 2018 Subaru that only has 55,000 miles on it that I have only driven for ordinary commuting (i.e., no rough wear and tear from off-roading or driving on rough surfaces). I usually don’t post reviews, but I had to post this one because I made the mistake of coming here and I hope my review will help someone avoid my same mistake. Go literally anywhere else.

I highly recommend that you don’t take your car in for service at this location. I brought my Honda Element (2008) in for service because my maintenance light was on. I had brought my car in 2 months prior to this visit and was charged over $700 dollars for the maintenance. My car currently was not turning over and I had a friend give me a jump start which worked but I continued to have problems starting the car. I took my car to Les Schwab and was told the battery was good and it might be a problem with the starter. I made an appointment with Accurate Auto to correct the situation. I left the car over night and when I picked it up the next day my bill was close to $2500. I was charged $1000 for a new starter which is the high end of a starter. I checked my bill and was totally over charged on every item. I don’t ever recommend Accurate Auto unless you want to get ripped off. Granted I am a female who is not an expert on cars so I was a victim of fraud which is pretty prevalent today. I recommend you look around to find service that is honest and reasonable which it probably hard to find these days. Everything is about profit and greed these days. Good luck in getting your maintenance

Thank you, Accurate Auto.

I took my car to three other mechanics, and they didn't want to work on my car. Accurate Auto took my problem seriously. They gave me an estimate for the work and said my car should be ready in two days. The next day they called me and said my car was ready for pickup. When I got there my car was waiting, and the cost was for the amount they estimated. All the staff members I met were pleasant and very helpful. I will take my car back to them if I need further repairs.

Good People

We had a difficult problem, an old restored vehicle, hard to obtain parts, and had been rejected by a number of places. These folks accommodated us, made it work, were timely, and did a good job. They now are our official family mechanics.

Accurate has serviced my vehicles several years. Again they did a great job at a fair price, also 5 year warranty on the work, can’t beat that. Thorough inspection revealed no engine damage, so enabled me to avoid the expense of having to replace my car.

Excellent quality service, good workmanship

I have had my car maintainance done at Accurate Auto for 5-6 years. I really appreciate how they will explain in depth any issues noted, give me an honest assessment of urgency (whether to wait on a repair or perform sooner than later), and get my approval before proceeding with repairs. They are always looking at how to give me the best deal (i.e. which coupon or promotion is going to get me the biggest discount off my bill)!
