Charged me a diagnosis fee and didn’t diagnose anything!
Yesterday I dropped off my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at this place to have them look into a shift module issue. Grant it the engine light was not on, however, I explained in detail what was going on. Grant it they also gave me a loaner car. A very old dirty car. The next day, they asked me for my warranty information and said they still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I gave them the warranty stuff and then they asked me for the phone number for the warranty company. My husband called them after he did some research to give them more information and he stated that they were very vague about everything. So, decided to go get my car. When I showed up the guy at the front looked lat me like I had 2 heads. He went to tell the owner and the owner walked out straight to the loaner vehicle looks ain’t it then locked it with my stuff inside. Then they proceeded to tell me that I was going to get out cheap. They charged me 140 dollars which is what they charge for a diagnosis. They did nothing to diagnose the problem. They are full of it. I feel they should give me back my money. But I definitely won’t be taking my car back to them . I feel if you are even a mediocre mechanic you should have been able to at least fix there sensor issues. The did nothing!
