DISAPPOINTED

I've given Accelerators several chances with our vehicles, and have been disappointed every time. First time was just an oil change. When I went to another place I was told the bolt had been glued on. Second, the vehicles have NEVER been done by the time specified. It was supose to be done by 1 and didn't get done until 5. First time it was only an hour off. This last time they were supose to pick up my vehicle and "forgot". It had to be rescheduled. They had agreed to put the parts in we supplied. Even though we went off the VIN number to purchase those parts, they said it was the wrong one and had to put their own in. They did not call us to let us know. When we went to pick up the vehicle we were told then, and that we had to pay 120 extra than what was quoted. A call would have been NICE. We chose them to do the work due to the price quoted. Don't think I will be going back, and dont recommend anyone else going there either.

All I can say is whomever said that Accelerators glued in the drian plug is a liar! We have never and will never do that. We would have recommended replacing or repairing the damaged threads, period. No other options are available from us. As far as completion times and wrong parts supplied by customer. Customer was not available for phone calls at work and has to call us back. We made the dession to install the correct part to meet our customers requested completion time. We strive to give the best possible service and work around our customers schedules as best we can based on each situation. I am truly sorry things didn't work out.
