I have had good experiences with most shops near me, but I do prefer A&C. They do good work and are honest in their assessments. I brought my car in recently, and it was a unique problem on a type of vehicle they don't work with much. They provided me a solid diagnosis, but were upfront when they said they weren't the best option to address my problem, and preferred to be upfront with me, rather than to try something outside of their set of skills and experience and potentially let me down as a customer.
I do wish they could have addressed my problem as they have been successful doing so in the past, but I appreciate their honesty and can't fault them for not being able to address this, rather unique situation.
I full intend to go to A&C again in the future.
