I dropped off my car after an accident and Mario made a verbal agreement that he would not charge storage fees if my car was totaled. The car ended up being totaled and he charged me almost $2000 for storage after he said he wouldn’t. I had to get the car back to sell it for scrap because the insurance didn’t pay for it, and on top of losing my car, I got scammed by this place. When I tried to pick up the car Mario got in my personal space, yelling that he was going to “teach me a lesson” because I showed up without an appointment to pick up my own car. All he was doing was forcing me to come back the next day so he could charge me another $80 for one more day of storage. It was the most stressful experience I’ve ever had with any business in my life.
