The short of it: on time, did the job great, price more than fair, very friendly. Long story, I am an old woman whose lighter stopped working, I need it for the dash cam, so I expected to replace it at an average price of $130. They took the car, tested everything, found it to be a blown fuse, replaced it and though they had it from 9am to 3pm they charged me nothing. They even gave me a set of back-up fuses should it ever happen again. Customer service A+++ Above and beyond what I expected or dare expect. I went there because a friend referred me, she had good luck with them. So, she was spot on. In these times of ripoff artists, con men, scammers, and gougers, it is so refreshing to find someone decent and honorable!
