Tried to take advantage of a woman
I have used ABS for 1-1/2yrs now and am very disappointed in what they tried to do to me. Was in for an oil change and was there about 15min when the new owner came to tell me all the issues they found with my car. Major oil leak on the oil filter housing but not low on oil. Said I had a coolant leak on a hose and would need a whole new assembly. Also found my ECM has no bolts holding it on and almost all of my hoses were removed from their clamps and zipties. I did not feel comfortable with this diagnostic and took the car to a jeep dealer for a 2nd opinion. They looked at the oil filter housing and found no cracks & no oil leaks anywhere in the engine. They found no coolant leaks any where either. They reattached the ECM and reattached the loose hoses. When I called ABS to tell them not to order any parts the owner was extremely rude and condescending. I will NEVER use them again for anything. Be very careful when you are getting an oil change at ABS especially if you are a female.
