The representative who spoke to me insured that I was in a safe area. She educated me on calling the police for assistance if I am freezing and there is no place for shelter, ie a store or DD near by. Since, it was getting rather cold, she puts me as urgent/ priority for my tow because of engine failure. Therefore, I couldn’t stay warm for long. This level of service certainly renewed my loyalty to AAA.
