Dishonest shady

I purchased a car with these guys. (Easily worst decision I’ve made in recent memory) for starters when I sat down in the finance office I was a bit thrown off by the fact that they didn’t try to sell me the extended warranty and didn’t try to sell me on all these extras. So as I’m signing the contract. I luckily notice a $3,000 “bundle” added in the list of costs. Listed literally only as “bundle” I ask about that and after stammering for a few seconds the finance guy says “oh that was a stipulation of getting your loan” which made no sense. He said “if you pop a tire or damage a rim it’s insurance to replace it” j never asked for. Nor approved a 3,000 “bundle” for my rims. He tells me “it’s just how we structured your deal and that’s how we got he approval. No. The bank doesn’t approve people easier when the price is increased more. Lies. Then I notice. They never tried to sell me gap insurance and in start looking through the pages and notice. “ oh. They didn’t try to tell me gap insurance as well. Because they added it on themselves without asking me. When asked about that. He gave me the same song and dance. It’s a stipulation my loan. (I called the bank the next day and asked Exeter if it was a requirement for my loan and they said “we never put that gap was required to get financed no” oh top of the lies and shadiness they waited to tell me that I couldn’t even take the car that day because it needed work done to it. Even though they knew that. They waited until the paperwork was signed and I was ready to go. They said I could pick it up the next day. Well the next day came. And no one calls anything. So I call them asking if it’s ready they say no. The part didn’t come in today. So 2 more days. I wait the two more days and I mention To them that the bank says they never required gap insurance and I told the manager Giovanni that I never got a copy of all the documents that I signed and demanded a copy of all the documents I signed he sends me to the finance guy. I tell him I needed copies of alll the documents I signed and he tells me he gave me copies of all the documents I signed. And so I asked him “if that’s true why do I remember signing a form you hand wrote information into and I don’t have a copy of that “ and he said I’m not gonna give you a copy. Of that. Which was my down payment agreement. .so despite the law saying they must provide all copies of the documents I signed. The finance guy decided he was above the law And on record refused to send me copies of all the documents that I signed. At that point I owed 1,000 dollars left in my down payment of 2,000 and I told them I wasn’t paying the rest of the down payment until I got copies of everything I signed. Instead of complying with the law and providing all the copies of documents I signed. They decided to “wind down” the deal and demand the car back. This place is so shady that they know I’d have a lawsuit so they just refuse to comply with their obligations and pull some shady stuff. Stay away from this place. They’re slimy.
