Had a company van go down with a bad transmission. Aaron was on vacation but he let me tow it to his shop so he could tackle when he got back. Aaron diagnosed, gave me options, and then got it fixed in a week and half. When it was finished he ever ran it over to the shop to help with vehicle swapping.
