I don't know how this business is still open and that Groupon continue to do business with them, so many red flags to let you know they are scammers, I purchased a 2 wheel alignment from Groupon, the regular price was 80 dollars, Groupon had a special for 64 dollars. I called this place and told them I purchased a Groupon for a wheel alignment do I need to make an appointment, they said yes bring it in at 10 am the next morning, I get there a little before 10 am and they say the guy isn't there yet, I was asked about which Groupon did I purchase for the wheel alignment the 2 wheel or 4 wheel, I said 2 wheel, he says I purchased the wrong one that the 2 wheel alignment was for mopeds and that I would have to purchase the 4 wheel alignment instead which would be 32 dollars more making it 96 dollars, we went back and forth for a few minutes but I agreed to it because I just had work done to my suspension and it was way off, this man didn't get there to 11:40 am a hour and 40 minutes from the time I was told to come in, upon looking I noticed that they didn't have a wheel alignment machine and I asked him and he said that don't have one they do them manually, and said it's the same thing. When they pulled my car in one of the workers pulled his car in after mine to block me in just in case i had an issue about their service, because I read all of the bad horrible reviews from other customers and I was looking for anything that resembles what I read, he seen that I wasnt going to be an easy mark and that I would raise hell if they tried to pull one over on me, the mechanic noticed a nut missing from my tie rod told me to go back to the person who did my work get it fixed and come back for the wheel alignment, I appreciate that finding but I will not be returning to them ever again, too many red flags, inconsistenties and contradictions, this place is dirty, the office is dirty trash all on the floor the bathroom is dirty, the area where the work is dirty, no one sweeps, mops or takes out the trash in this place, so unprofessional, I came to the place a couple months ago and got an axle replacement with no issues, but this visit was totally different and I seen what other customers seen, if you love your car and don't like wasting your money or time please don't go here, pay that extra money somewhere else and get your car done right, read the reviews and take heed to them, the customers aren't disgruntled employees like they want you to believe, the reviews are real from other customers who were scammed by this place
