Took our Kia Amanti in. Ball joint broke. Said it cost more to fix then it's worth. Kurt manager asked if we would be interested on buying the Chevy Avio out back?. He told us it had a blown head gasket. However if he hadn't bought his daughter a car recently he would fix this one up for her. We thought these guys know what they are talking about right?. Well they "fixed it". 3 weeks later we had it. Till one warm day in June when it over heated. Had it towed in. Noticed oil in the coolant Reservoir. They let it sit for 2 months. Before i made a review on Google. Got the owners attention Kendall. He was apologizing at every turn. "We will fix it right. Even if I have to help. Because it's my shop and everything that happens their is on me." Picked it up Monday after another flushing of the system. Yesterday we had a huge puddle under the car. I did as Kendall asked and go directly through him. But wait. He insisted it wasn't my kids car leaking. Then tells me to deal with Kurt. Going back on his word not once but twice. Shitty ownership. Always Honest my Ass!!!!! Oh and he wanted my review taken down. If I was satisfied. Well I took it down. Now I'm putting up another because I'm not satisfied and if they think they ate getting away with this they won't. I'll hit them in the wallets till I feel I cost them what we are out.
