"A+" for A Plus Auto Service Center.
I called 'A Plus' for pricing for a Smog Inspection and it was very reasonable. So instead of hanging up like other Mechanics I called, he (sorry, forgot the name) asked if I'd like to book my Jeep in anyways, which I found to be very good of him to ask. So I did. I arrived and the site was clean and in immaculate condition. I walked in the office/waiting area and it was well presented, clean and plenty comfy chairs for in the waiting area. I was greeted by the same guy I spoke to on the phone with a smile and we proceeded. He gave me the run down on whats going to happen, how much it will cost and an approximate time when my Jeep will be done. I was happy with the cost and time, 45mins, which didn't seem that long really.
So my overall experience was awesome, no fuss, no drama, just friendly and welcoming guys there to do the work and make the customer priority. Will definitely be going back, as this was my first time there, for services needed :) Well Done guys.

I appreciate your review and kind words. I call about 20 customers every week to find out more about how we are doing and their level of satisfaction. About 97% are satisfied and they say they are plannining to come visit us again for any repair or maintenance they may need. We are proud of our great record and level of satisfacion we get.
