To long of a wait - took over 2 hours to compete the job.

Hi Ken,
I apologize for the inconvenience of having to wait long for your repair or service. We do want to complete every job as quickly as possible since it is both to customers advantage and to the business advantage to have a quick turn around.
Sometimes the shop is busy and you need to wait for your turn. In other times certain parts take longer to remove and require special tools or techniques that take longer. For instance an oil filter may be installed wrong the last time or be overly tightened and could take time to remove. These delays are beyond what we can control so we try to communicate the issue with the customer and hope they understand.
