Terrible Experience
Simply terrible. I originally ended up at this place because of a Groupon deal on a carwash. I learned they can do carwashes and oil changes just fine, but they are simply terrible for anything more complex. I made the mistake of taking what I saw for the carwash to have them repair a window switch of mine. They failed miserably at that job. Not only could they not repair the window switch, but numerous items from my car were swiped. While I can't say they did the theft, I can say that either they did the theft or they left my car outside in a place where others could do the theft. The window switch would have taken 90 minutes at a dealership, but my car was at their facility for over a week. Not only that but with the cost of Lyft transportation to and from their location and the theft, the job likely costed more than a dealership. The difference is the dealership would have finished the job correctly and cleanly while they could not. The manager said that I could leave my car there and wait on as the job was not done, but then recanted when I actually arrived.

I started recording my conversations with the manager to protect myself and he saw me doing it and threw me out of this outfit. The worst experiences I've ever had with a repair shop. Beware and don't waste your time and energy. I felt drained after this whole experience and taken advantage of.
