Inspection time
The end of a very busy month approached and I had been trying to fit in some time to get my car inspected. Earlier in the month, I spoke to A&W and they said call a day or two before and they would try to fit me in. The day I called, they said can you come now? I asked if it would take a while and should I arrange for a ride. No, was the response, bring it in and we will do it while you wait. The inspection was done before I got comfortable, and there was no hemming or hawing about anything I "might want to consider" regarding repairs or work.
Thanks guys, you made my day.

Brakes
They repaired my brakes quickly and effectively, as usual with any repair they do. Customer service was great. They checked tire pressure, per my request. I have peace of mind after they service my car each and every time.

Inspection
My car issues were professionally addressed. A mechanical/ wear and tear issue was identified and addressed. I had trust in the mechanic and will continue boing to A&W.
