Cliente VerificadoWe are very sorry that Mrs. Contreras feels we did not provide as stated. We greated her & her husband w/ a good morning (As we do with all of our customers). Her vehicle needed to be jump started several times in order for us to perform smog test. Normally, we ask that the vehicle be fully functional to perform service, but accomodated Mrs. Contreras anyway & had her smog test completed in less than 10 minutes. We are shocked at this review as we not only smogged her vehicle, but her husband's as well. We hope she will consider rescoring this review, as it is completely untrue.
