This visit was just a routine oil change. The new guy Dennis was very personable and easy to communicate with. He told me they were running on time when I stopped in a little early so I came back 20 min. later. In the past they haven't always run on time and I have had to wait way too long. This time They took my car right in and it was ready in about 30 minutes or less. I had a coupon from ValPak and he did the $5 off - no big deal. I am really glad the other guy they had at the desk last time wasn't there. He was a jerk and didn't respect women. (And I don't mean Ryan - he's great too) So I will be back again even though I considered going somewhere else after my last experience. They have good prices and are back to good service in my opinion.
