Whom ever did the oil change never completely tightened the oil plug, when I got home we had a pile of oil in the garage, had to refill a quart and get underneath to tighten plug. My only request is that whomever did our oil change be notified to make sure that doesn't happen again.

I am sorry I wasn't able to reach you by phone, but we really would like to see the vehicle back so we can re check the drain plug and clean up any oil mess. Then we can make sure there will be no drips and check the fluid level. I did make the technician aware of the situation. He feels really bad about it happening and would like to make it right by re checking everything for you. Please give us a call and let us know when this would work for you.
