DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THESE SCHMUCKS!!! If I use strong language please forgive me in advance. Have a 2010 Kia Soul, original clutch went out after 5 years of use. I went to A & J auto service who replaced the job for about half of what the dealer wanted. Adam, the son of the owner of this establishment was as friendly as can be during the process and all kinds of helpful. I have a car dealer license, I was so impressed I was inclined to send them customers from cars I sell.... 16 months later, the clutch on my car is OUT. I call AAA and they say they'll find me a mechanic that will offer a 2 year warranty to fix. Which is exactly what A & J offered upon fixing my clutch. So I call them and Adam picks up the phone. I tell him what happened and the first thing this guy says to me is "I don't know your driving habits, maybe you burn your car around town all day. If you're looking for a warranty, there is no way we can help you." I said "I'm pretty sure you offered a warranty when you fixed it." This total freeking jerk has the balls to tell me "Well, then go and find the warranty." Then slams the phone down. I call back and then he says he needs approval from a manager, granted his daddy owns the business. I call again the next day and now my clutch is a "wear and tear item and never had a warranty in the first place" granted there is no mysterious manager to assist me.
BOTTOM LINE - they most likely use cheap Chinese parts that fall apart or explode. I'd say any work they do is dangerous and likely to cost you MORE TIME, PROBLEMS AND MONEY.
Upon first contact, they are friendly and happy and all kinds of helpful. BEWARE - if anything goes wrong on the bullshit job they do to your car, they will treat you like the biggest piece of crap in the world. ABSOLUTE TRASH - AGAIN, they will reel you in with kindness, and a decent trustworthy knowledge but it is ALL A LIE.
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR OR YOU WILL BE GIVING YOURSELF HEADACHES DOWN THE ROAD!!!!
