Biggest rip off of my life! Buyer beware! I took 4 different cars there, and they screwed up on three of them I was going to let it go, but they put a dent in the hood of my classic SL600 Mercedes, and I showed the then service manager the dent contemporaneous to picking up the car, and the mechanic had left the MAF slightly up, and it dented the hood! The then now since departed service manager Ben agreed and said they would make good on their mistake I told him I'd try and take it to the dent wizard and try and get it taken out as chep as possible without repainting the entire hood and Jim's quality paint was able to remove it for only $150 and i had to take a uber there and back being 74 years old and living alone. So there you have it: they make an amateur mechanic's mistake, similar to leaving a tool under the hood and closing it, and now the new service manager, "Nick," even though he has the invoices and the pictures, says he can't see the dent in the hood I had repaired on my dime. Imagine a so-called reputable outfit with 4 stars dents my SL600 hood and tells me to eat s++t! Do not take your car to these rip-off artists!
