Ritchard said he was given a price over the phone. When he dropped his vehicle off he signed a drop ticket and the price was not on it. When he showed up to get his vehicle, the price had been written on the drop ticket. It was different from the phone quote. This is not good business, but he would recommend them based on their good work.
