Geoffrey said they were knowledgeable. They were friendly. They were personable. They were excellent. They were so accommodating. He broke down on his way to New York. They were super busy and they weren't able to get him in but they moved him to the front. He was broken down and stranded. They took care of him. John and Kate were wonderful.
