I visited 541 imports for the first time when I started hearing a grinding noise coming from my transmission. I had just had my transmission fluid replaced a month earlier at a local Valvoline, so something was very wrong. Ian was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got my car in for a checkup very quick and was able to answer all of my questions, which I had a lot of. He was also able to provide clear evidence of the negligence caused by Valvoline, as they failed to refill my transmission fluid to the proper levels.
