State inspection
I arrived early (before they open at 8:00) and began to submit an after hours ticket when the owner came. He came up to me, took my key and my car, and it was completed in less than an hour. Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship!

The Only Place I Go

Scheduled, on time, and courteous
Taking your car in for service, including a simple state inspection, can be an anxiety-inducing unexpected expense and unpleasant experience. But starting with easy inquiry, estimate, and scheduling (call, email, or on their website); courteous and patient professionals; and trustworthy explanation and advice; the fear of getting fleeced is lessened and I trust that my vehicle will continue to run safely and for reasonable, fairly priced parts and labor. Not all parts of adulting are fun but this part is manageable with 301 Auto Repair.

Superior Service
I will drive 20 + miles for their superior service! 301 Auto had a relationship with my workplace. My office has moved, but we continue to bring all of our personal cars in for service! The shop is out of our way now, but it's worth the drive. 301's staff is always professional, responsive, and fair. They will never perform unnecessary work, while making certain all required maintenance is taken care of! Grayson was great! 301 Auto is the best!

Annual Inspection
I took my vehicle in for its annual inspection, with no problems. The date and time were convenient for me. Once there, it was completed within a reasonable amount of time. All was good, even the windshield wiper with which I had a concern.
