I recently had the front U-joints replaced on my '03 Dodge Ram. Since the wheels and calipers had to be removed for this repair, Brian also replaced the worn out brake pads for just his cost of pads. I'm sure most other mechanics would have charged the manual's suggested man hour rate for replacing front pads on top of the rate of replacing the U-joints. Brian, this didn't go un-appriciated and it will keep me a valued customer for years to come.
