Very honest!
I called to have my front brakes done and I received a call back and they told me that I didn't even need my brakes done. I initially had a squeak and they reassured me that sometimes brake dust can do that. They decided to take the breaks off, clean them off and told me if I hear the noise again just come back. He could have told me nothing and just did it. Honesty really gets you far! I will be going back there every single time!
