Three technicians ran to my aide and PUSHED my car to the shop. I am a BC resident, however, even when I lived in Henderson and even Las Vegas for a time, I still would only trust my car care to DB/Court's.

Repaired EPAS (steering rack) on Ford Fusion '15, $2k less than dealership
I had a Ford Fusion with around ~120k miles that felt like it had a lot of life left. One day when I
pulled out, the steering rack totally snapped out, with the motor seizing. The Ford dealership quoted me $4700 minimum to replace, and would only install new Ford parts--that was higher than the trade-in value of the vehicle. I called around, but my normal mechanic (also good folks, Masellos) could not do it because they couldn't reprogram. Luckily, I found Syracuse Auto Works--they were able to replace and reprogram the EPAS rack for only $2850 out the door. They did fast work: I called on Monday, towed on Tuesday, and got the car back on Thursday. Car is good as new, drives like a charm. I'm really happy I went with these folks, it's a clean shop and the folks appear (as far as I can tell) to be very honest and hard working. Good for them, hope the best for their business. While I will still probably go to my normal mechanic for most jobs, I'll definitely call these guys whenever I need a second opinion or anything they can't handle.
