My 2012 Lexus 100,000 service. Found safety related repairs that required immediate attention,(2 engi

Hard to find noise.
My truck has a noise that comes and goes so is very hard to pinpoint. The Ford Dealer had no problem
taking money and throwing a part at their GUESS. Did not fix my problem. And they don’t want to admit they failed and don’t want to refund over $700.
CT’s tech David is trying to figure it out and I have every confidence we will get it straightened out. Not wasting my time or money. Thank you
