I was referred to 360 auto because where I was they broke the stem off of my tire and they didn’t do
that particular repair and they sent me there and they got the repair done fast and they were nice. Had a nice waiting room.

iously. And I just have to give it another 5-star rating again because of how caring this team is to me, my car, and my safety.
I came in for routine maintenance on my brakes and the team encountered an extra issue none of us could have foreseen. They knew my car very well and Andrew, Victor, and the mechanics worked diligently to diagnose and solve it. And they’ve kept me informed along the way.
This group are a virtuous, intelligent, honest, caring, and compassionate team of people—purely unmatched by anyone else. I’ve been a BMW owner for 11 years—lived in three different states, and I’ve never had this level of expertise and care before.
