I received an (what seemed to be a sincere) email about my recent service for my newly purchased Hyundai Tucson. After replying with my concerns twice, I never received a response. I am an happy Hyundai owner and the bar has risen high from past experiences. Please do not drop the ball!

I love st Charles Hyundai they did everything they possibly could to put me in a new car when I had to trade my old Hyundai in because of a problem with the panoramic sunroof. I didn't think I would be able to get a newer car much less a brand new one but they made it happen. The sales people and financial people are awesome.

Great for Sales, Not Great for Service
Overall my sales process was great.
Service has been frustrating. Advisors do not greet you at your vehicle, they allow other customers to jump before you in the service drive because of it... every person I have talked to seems pretty clueless when you ask a question and you get a lot of "um's" and "uh's" for something as simple as asking what recall work was done to your car. I will not be returning. No one I know will be returning because I have definitely voiced my annoyances with this dealership.

Always someone there when I arrive.
You pull up, get out, then it seems done in no time. They have tv, water, coffee and magazines, etc. while waiting.
