30,000 mile service trip

Made an appointment and showed up around 20 minutes late. I was helped immediately in a professional manner. Sean made sure my car was getting what was needed. Make sure to do your own research on maintenance though. Overall good experience. Will return.

Getting better

After the changes in the staff and management, it has become evident that customer service at the service department is where you would expect. I am very pleased with my service advisor Sean who takes care of my car. He doesn't try to sell on services I don't need but truly shows that he genuinely wants to service me. Very happy with Puente Hills Hyundai service department. It's about time....

Puente Hills Hyundai and their Service Manager, Mr. Chan Park, are the best (smile)! He called to remind me it was time for my free oil change (smile). I drive 29 miles to get there. He tells me it would be ready in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I take a walk checking out the neighborhood (smile). My elantra is washed and ready when I get back (smile). No Charge (smile). By the way, I could have waited in their clean customer lounge with free popcorn and, at lunch time, hot dogs (smile). Mr. Chan Park is most friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. You are #1 (smile). Thank you.

Best the service ever
