Provided service without an appointment on Christmas week
My car was making a really bad noise, it wasn't something I could wait to have serviced, and the service staff at Hyundai Wesley Chapel were able to work my car in to provide me a safe vehicle to drive, and on Christmas week nonetheless. The fact that they were able to do that without having to make an appointment is what all customer service industries should strive to do. This was a perfect example of understanding a client concern, addressing the issue on the car, and providing quick and quality service to get it up and running again.

Over all I like Wesley Chapel service .
The service area is easy to recognize and have usually been greeted by an associate to identify my appointment and concerns.
All service reps have been very polite and the overall process for communication is handled by text and or in person. The waiting area is neat and clean.

Quoted one price paid more
We received a written estimate for the work to be completed and when my 19yo daughter picked up the vehicle she was charged significantly more than the estimate we were provided. She did not know any better so she just paid and left. We will not be returning for service to this location

The entire buying and service experience was smooth and easy to understand. I didn’t like the finance manager trying to mislead me into an extended warranty, especially when the car already had the factory warranty.
