I come to this facility and every time I do I ask myself why do you keep coming here??? I absolutely hate your service advisors!!!! They see me pull up and I have to sit there for 15-20 min before anyone come to see what I want.. I just came Wednesday 11/26/14 and there was no one standing outside but there was guy inside his office and he was not on the phone... I sat there for about 10 min and then a mechanic came from the back and he asked had I been helped I said no he walked in the office and told the man then he step back out and said he's calling someone for you... I'm like really??? That really upset me because he could've called someone the whole time I sat there... If there was a dealership closer to me I would go there but unfortunately it's not..

We apologize for your wait time on the service drive. Usually a customer is greeted within a min. Fortunately  we serviced your vehicle within 30 min. We have great reviews from our customers about how well they are taken care of by our advisors and often times they even write letters reflecting that performance. I am not sure what happened on your visit but i am glad you let us know so we can address the concern. Please ask for me at your next visit so i can personally make sure you are taken care of.

Excellent service department
After recently moving to the B'ham area my Sonata was in need of service. I sent a service request via online to another dealership and was never contacted to confirm. I decided to try Tameron and was completely satisfied with the courteous service that I received. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my vehicles service needs.

Fairly good experience.
Dropped my car off on a Friday after calling first to describe problem and being told to bring it in. Had to call back Sat afternoon to see what was going on. The car hadn't even been looked at. Got a call an hour later saying car would not be ready until Monday. Had requested batteries in fobs be replaced too, but when I picked the car up, this had not been done and I had to wait for them to do it. Otherwise, everything was fine and car works fine now. Still not happy to have transmission sensor problem with less than 14,000 miles on the car. But, I love my Sonata.
