Excellent service department
Service personnel seem competent and helpful. In all the years I've taken my vehicle to St Charles Hyundai I have never had to return for a correction. Service is done in a timely manner and correctly.

After owning a 2015 Genesis 5.0, I was looking for something a litter easier to get in and out of due to a SCI. I had 0 complaints about my Genesis, so Hyundai made the list of brands with a CUV (new or used) I was interested in (including Mazda, Infiniti, Lexus and Audi). I found the Sport Ultimate AWD that I wanted to look at, and to my shock, it was actually on the lot in stock. Typically, it seems like dealers do a terrible job at keeping website inventory current.

For the price, you couldn't beat what the 2018 Sport had to offer in its fully loaded trim. Concerns about long-term quality and cost of ownership further steered me away from other brands. The things I had grown to love about my Genesis, made me immediately love the Sport. Hyundai had the tech down in terms of speed, ease of use and functionality. Even something like Bluelink that I swore I'd never pay for on my Genesis, became something I really don't want to live without.

The entire purchase process was largely without hassle. Jason Landholt, who happened to sell me the Genesis, was great to work with again. I was just in for my first oil change, and everything went smoothly as would be expected. Hopefully, like my old Genesis, I won't be needing anything other than routine maintenance.

With a bit over 4,000 miles on my Sport (including a trip to Florida), this CUV has been flawless. Thanks to St. Charles Hyundai for everything. We'll be back for a G90 for my wife in a few years!

Service
Started with a phone call to Roadside service. They towed the car in as it had a flat tire. Not long after St Charles Hyundai got the car they called to let me know that the tire was unable to be plugged. They offered me a few options in which I opted for 2 new tires. They had it done within an hour. Thanks again.

Everything was just fine about the service, they just forgot to wash my car as they’d promised, which meant I had to drive back out and wait for it. They’d vacuumed it, though.
