I have an old Honda and Tony's Motor Service let me know two different times when I had a problem on
the horizon that then actually happened, so I felt like I was mentally prepared for the repair (one was costly) and trusted their advice when they told me what needed to happen for safety and what could be postponed... their approach also showed their honesty... I never felt taken advantage of and besides the good work they do, their customer friendly approach is a big reason why I keep going back!
