I had my truck towed to Andy's because it made a screeching sound. They had it for days and looked at
every possible issue. Murphy's law states that if a woman brings a car in for repair, it won't act up in front of the mechanic. My truck acted in this manner. Andy charges a $150 dollar fee for diagnostics, right off the bat. They did not figure out what caused the sound, but the time they put into trying to eliminate every possible problem, was worth more than the flat $150 dollar fee. They are meticulous and honorable.

Let me start by saying this shop was FANTASTIC! As a girl who's had a lot of generally bad experience
s with car maintenance- being overcharged, taking my car to a shop over and over with no progress, and having my vehicle misdiagnosed so I spend more money fixing the wrong things- this shop was a breath of fresh air. When I told them my problem, they listened. When I told them my work schedule, they accommodated.
