I contacted M&N telling them my wife’s 2018 RAV4 dash board was lit up with temperature and electrica
l, engine light warnings.
They had many cars in queue and said it would likely be days until they could get to the car.
I asked that they speak to Nilton to let him know my wife travels off Cape for work daily and we were in despair.
Milton called back quickly, explained they would look at the car that morning and provided a preliminary estimate as to what the issue was, starting with, the belt that is usually visibly which helps run the engine was gone.
Several hours later Nilton called back to say the were able to gets parts, provided cost and with my approval repair the car that day.
While we were not happy about the stress and having the unexpected cost, we were thrilled that Nilton and M&N was able to get us out of a difficult situation. Thank you M&N!
