This past month was difficult. A month ago, our 2018 Subaru Forester was taken from us in an armed ro
bbery in the Cleveland area. After recovery by the police, the car was shipped back to Massachusetts. The auto transporter told us it would be 2 days to ship but it wound up being 8. I relayed the daily texts to Audy and wasted their time and energy since they continually had to reschedule. They nonetheless were 100% sympathetic and supportive. Then they did the repairs. As always, they did a great job. They were quick and most important, competent. They knew exactly what had to be done and how to do it, to ensure my wife and I could safely drive again in our car. Their price was fair. For years, Audy has done a great job on our 2011 Volvo sedan as well as our Subaru. Clearly, if you have a Volvo or Subaru, there is no better place in the Boston metro area to take it to than Audy.

The low brake fluid light came on as I was taking care of some local errands. Put some fluid in the
vehicle and it came on again. Turns out that the brake line from the rear brakes to the ABS block had rusted out. A quick repair.
The vehicle had been making a metallic noise when starting the engine. I hadn't had the time to get it checked. The mechanic called me to discuss. Replaced the serpentine belt idler pulleys and the serpentine belt. Another problem solved.
Their attention to detail when working on my vehicle is why I've been coming here for years.
