Great experience. Would be a 5; reason for 4 is they were not able to repair.
Again they were very polite, good communication, and went above and beyond on service provided. I was
just disappointed that we had to tow to a second shop. They did tell me in advance that they would not do transmission work.

This is my second time having service at Audy Auto Center and the response was good with quicker turn
around on the work than originally expected. There was a minor confusion regarding my vehicle's status. But the end result was a pleasant surprise because the work was completed earlier than anticipated.
